Two interactive workshops were held at both Carousel Ruoholahti and Carousel Olari. One workshop was in line with Night of the Arts and students used their feet and body to tune in to rhythm of the music in producing their works. Another is a recollection of the visuals from their Forest visit.
We gathered to celebrate the conclusion of the Summer Art Workshop. Along with inspiring words from Teacher Allen, certificates and gifts were presented. Face painting, glitter tattoos, and pizza were big hits! Parents also took the opportunity to discuss their children’s progress and growing interest in art.
This program is a four-session course designed to guide students through the creation of one large-scale artwork. It encourages students to embrace the challenge of working on a bigger canvas, giving them the opportunity to explore their artistic strengths, build confidence, and reflect on their creative capabilities.
Mixed Media Mania gave our young artists the chance to explore a wide range of tools and materials. They experimented with acrylics, watercolors/gouache, and different types of dry media, broadening their creative skills and confidence.
Philippines' Day x Pagtitipon, the collective project of various Filipino organizations led by PBC Ry, the first outdoor and largest Filipino event. ArtMoi Studio founder Allen Tejado served as Board Secretary of the Club and Assistant Project Manager. The celebration also featured free art workshop.
